To Moms and Dads,

Remember your babies learn by example. Teaching them to pray is as simple as you praying with them, my mother put up a prayer on our bedroom wall and every night she said a simple prayer with us.  To this day I remember feeling close to GOD. Maybe you think they are to little and don't understand, just because they cant talk doesn't mean they can't understand, they can learn with there eyes and ears!!! You don't have to be super spiritual to right a prayer of your OWN for your little

BABIES

Psalms 8

1. O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens.
2. From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.

Matthew 19

 13. Then little children were brought to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked those who brought them.
14. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
15. When he had placed his hands on them, he went on from there.

 Psalms 78

1. O my people, hear my teaching; listen to the words of my mouth.
2. I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter hidden things, things from of old--
3. what we have heard and known, what our fathers have told us.
4. We will not hide them from their children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD, his power, and the wonders he has done.
5. He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our forefathers to teach their children,
6. so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children.
7. Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands.
8. They would not be like their forefathers-- a stubborn and rebellious generation, whose hearts were not loyal to God, whose spirits were not faithful to him.
