• Eligibility: This guarantee applies to purchases of the InnovateHER Business in a Box craft kit only. Please note we only accept returns for orders made through our website. If you purchased your craft kit somewhere else, this guarantee does NOT apply.
• Earnings Guarantee: If your child does not earn at least $50 from selling the crafts made with this kit, you are eligible for a refund of the purchase price.
• Minimum Price Requirement: All items sold must have a selling price of $10 or more. Sales of items below this price point will not count towards the $50 earnings threshold.
• Proof of Business Operation: You must provide a photograph of your child’s business setup showcasing the products created with the kit.
• Time Frame for Claims: Claims for refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of the craft kit. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
• Claim Process: To initiate a refund claim, please send an email to [hello@kidscrafts.org] with the subject line "Business in a Box Guarantee Claim." Include proof of earnings (or lack thereof), a photograph of the business setup, and your order number from our website.
• Refund Processing: Upon verification of your claim, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.
• Limitations: This guarantee is limited to one refund per household and is not transferable. The guarantee does not cover additional costs incurred, such as taxes, shipping, or third-party fees.
